Rarefied Light 2016 // First Friday Opening Reception

First Friday Opening: Nov 4th, 5pm-9 pm

Please join us for the opening reception of Rarefied Light – Alaska’s largest annual fine art photography exhibition. This year APC received 654 entries by 95 artists. Guest juror Amy Arbus, selected 52 photographs for inclusion in the exhibition

This year, Best of Show is awarded to Greg Hensel, Anchorage, for the print “Smoke and Shadows”

Honorable Mentions were also awarded to:

Following the Anchorage exhibit, which will include prints by Amy Arbus showing concurrently, the exhibit will travel to:
