The Juror’s Choice Exhibition opens tonight, December 2, and runs through December 30, with a reception from 5:00 to 7pm in the ConocoPhillips Gallery at Grant Hall.
Each year, APC sponsors Rarefied Light, Alaska’s largest juried fine art photography exhibition. A nationally recognized photographer is selected to jury the show and conduct a 2½ day workshop. Amy Arbus, the 2016 Rarefied Light juror, selected from 654 submissions the 52 photographs for the final exhibition. In addition, Ms. Arbus chose
two artists whose work is featured in this invitational group exhibit, Charlotte Peterson and Greg Hensel.
The annual Members’ Exhibition opens tonight at the Leah J. Peterson Gallery in the Carr Gottstein Academic Center, with an opening reception from 5:00 to 7pm. The show hangs through December 30.
The annual Members’ Exhibition is an opportunity for all interested APC member artists to exhibit.
