2023 Rarefied Light award winners announced

The Rarefied Light 2023 exhibition kicks off with an opening reception at the IGCA – International Gallery of Contemporary Art in Anchorage on October 6th, 5-8pm. The Anchorage exhibit includes work by juror Jennifer Spelman showing concurrently.
